| Bronwen ZimmermanGeneral Manager: Arcadia Before coming to Arcadia Bronwyn accumulated much experience working at welfare and rehabilitation centres and children’s homes in varying roles, from Social Worker to Programme Manager. Bronwyn joined the Arcadia team in 2007 and still enjoys meeting Arcadia’s daily challenges head on and ensuring that the children’s needs are taken care of. |
| Ingrid OlmesdahlGeneral Manager: Sandringham Gardens Ingrid has many years of nursing and administrative experience. She has worked at Addington Hospital in Durban, the Akademisch Ziekenhuis der Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and the SA Nursing Council. Once Executive Administrator of the Selwyn Segal Centre, she was employed by the Chevrah as Hospital and Group Services Manager of Sandringham Gardens. Ingrid is also the President of the SA Gerontological Association. |
| Philip KalmonowitzGeneral Manager: Our Parents Home, The Capri & Sandringham Square Philip was an auditor until 1987 when he began his career at Sandringham Gardens. He started as the Financial Administrator and held that position until 1992 when he moved on to become the Joint Executive Director. In 2000 he was appointed Group Financial Manager of the Chevrah Kadisha. Philip’s brings years of experience in caring for the elderly to his position in Our Parents Home. |
| Brenda SolarshGeneral Manager: Selwyn Segal & Finkelstein TLC Brenda has a BA (Social Work) and MA (Social Work) Cum Laude from the Wits University. She initially joined the Chevrah Kadisha Group as Director of Jewish Community Services in 1994. Later, she became Group Manager of Social Services. Prior to joining the Chevrah she had extensive experience in the field of mental disability. |
| Lijahne BeetgeGeneral Manager: Sandringham Lodge & Hatikva House Lijahne is a Clinical Psychologist who joined the Chevrah in 2008. She did her BA, Honours and Masters in Psychology at Stellenbosch University. In 2006 she completed her internship at Sterkfontein Hospital and the following year did community service at the SA National Defence Force. |
| David WeberGeneral Manager: Cemeteries David Weber joined the Westpark cemetery team as a Funeral Director in 2010 after almost 20 years working as a volunteer doing Tahara and comforting the bereaved. David, an accountant by profession, comes from a family with a long history of community service. |
